Gateway Business Park is a high-tech office and business park providing approximately 4,500 square metres in its first phase, on Mombasa Road, comprising five varying-sized blocks designed for flexible tenancies. The park is home to tenants including Horizon Contact Centres, Wananchi Group (Zuku), Canon Insurance, Huawei, and a KCB branch.
CED provided civil and structural engineering services for the project. The result is a multi-block business park engineered to support a mix of office and contact-centre tenants along one of Nairobi’s key transport corridors.
