Project Summary

Fortis Office Park is a commercial complex comprising four blocks, located near the Westlands CBD off Waiyaki Way and overlooking the grounds of St. Mary’s School. The park was developed by AMS Properties, part of the AMS Group.

CED provided civil and structural engineering services for the project. The result is a multi-block office park engineered to support flexible commercial tenancies ranging from small suites to full-floor occupancies, in one of Nairobi’s key business corridors.
