The mall offers over 164,000 square feet of retail space across three floors in an open-plan design, housing over 70 outlets including Carrefour, Panda Mart, Bata, Text Book Centre, Woolworths, Java, and Artcaffe.
CED provided civil and structural engineering services for the project. The result is a large-scale retail development engineered to support high visitor volumes, multiple retail floors, and extensive parking across a 12-acre site.
