ALP North is Kenya’s first modern grade-A logistics and distribution warehousing complex, located at Tatu Industrial Park in Northern Nairobi, offering a total floor space of 52,000 square metres in three units — the largest warehouse of its kind built to international standards for the rental occupier market. The park sits on a 22-acre site 25 km north of Nairobi’s CBD, with direct access to the Thika Superhighway and Eastern Bypass. The complex features 12-metre-high warehousing designed for high pallet densities and lower storage costs per square metre.
CED provided civil engineering services for the project. The result is a grade-A logistics complex engineered to support heavy floor loads, high-bay storage, and large-scale distribution operations for regional and international tenants.
