The Promenade is a mixed-use development on General Mathenge Drive in the heart of Westlands, offering 216,296 square feet of lettable space over seven floors — retail on the ground floor and offices across the upper six. With a gross leasable area of 19,138 square metres, the development is among Kenya’s few LEED-certified buildings, featuring high-quality finishes, energy-efficient systems, and 520 parking bays.
CED provided civil and structural engineering services for the project. The result is a Grade-A, LEED-certified mixed-use building engineered to support retail and office tenancy to international sustainability standards in one of Nairobi’s premier commercial districts.
