Designed by BAA Architects, the building serves as the headquarters for Allianz Kenya, marking the global insurer’s entry into the Kenyan market as the fifteenth African country in its regional footprint.
CED provided civil and structural engineering services for the project. The result is a five-storey office building engineered to support secure, corporate headquarters operations for a major international insurer along Nairobi’s Riverside Drive.
