Jahazi is a Grade A office development along James Gichuru Road in Lavington, offering high-quality office accommodation designed to international standards. The building features standby generators, a borehole, passenger lifts, security checks and CCTV surveillance, an electric fence, and a fire alarm and detection system. Jahazi is now home to iHUB, a pioneering technology innovation hub and subsidiary of Africa’s Co-Creation Hub (CcHUB), which occupies a 23,000-square-foot space within the building.
CED provided civil and structural engineering services for the project. The result is a secure, high-specification Grade A office building engineered to support both corporate headquarters and technology innovation tenants in one of Nairobi’s established residential and business neighbourhoods.
