Safaricom HQ1 tower forms one half of the twin-tower Safaricom House complex, housing the CEO's office, senior leadership, and the majority of headquarters staff.

Project Overview

Project Summary

Safaricom House is the original headquarters tower for Safaricom, Kenya’s largest telecommunications provider, located on Waiyaki Way in Westlands. The building provides approximately 8,000 square metres of corporate headquarters office accommodation, with a full interior design package delivered alongside the core building. Known to staff as HQ1, the tower forms one half of the twin-tower Safaricom House complex, housing the CEO’s office, senior leadership, and the majority of headquarters staff.

CED provided civil and structural engineering services for the project. The result is a corporate headquarters tower engineered to support Safaricom’s core leadership and operational functions on one of Nairobi’s busiest commercial corridors.
