Project Overview

Project Summary

This project accommodates 20 townhouses and 2 apartment blocks built for staff of the International School of Kenya, set on a 5.2 acre property in Kitusuru. The housing supports onsite accommodation for teaching staff, a benefit ISK offers to most teachers in their first year at the school.

CED provided civil and structural engineering services for the project. The result is a staff housing development engineered to support long-term residential accommodation for an international school community on Nairobi’s outskirts.
