The park sits along the A104 highway, with a total developed area of 30,000 square metres (322,917 square feet). Warehouse units range from 500 to 10,000 square metres, serving occupiers from SMEs through to large enterprises operating Grade-A warehouses to international standards.
CED provided civil and structural engineering services for the project. The result is a large, phased logistics park engineered to support high-bay Grade-A warehousing and heavy truck operations along one of Nairobi’s key western transport corridors.
