Basic Nyali Mall sits in Nyali, Mombasa’s cosmopolitan area that has grown from single-unit compounds into apartment complexes attracting middle-income shoppers. The mall is built with a focus on providing ample space for businesses to thrive, featuring wide corridors and high ceilings throughout, with large windows bathing the interiors in natural light. Located along Links Road, the mall houses tenants including Quickmart Supermarket and Home&Beyond, offering shoppers groceries, dining, and retail in a bright, open setting.
CED provided civil and structural engineering services for the project. The result is a naturally lit, open-plan retail centre engineered to support a mix of grocery, dining, and specialty retail tenants in one of Mombasa’s growing residential districts.
