Eaton Place is an ultra-modern six-storey commercial development on United Nations Crescent, in Nairobi’s Gigiri diplomatic district, directly adjacent to the United Nations Africa Headquarters and numerous international embassies. The building features granite and marble lobbies across all six floors, energy-efficient design, and hosts a mix of established companies, diplomats, and international organisations. The development sits close to the Village Market Shopping Centre and Tribe Hotel, within Nairobi’s primary diplomatic zone.
CED provided civil and structural engineering services for the project. The result is a six-storey commercial building engineered to support a secure, high-specification working environment for diplomatic and corporate tenants in one of Nairobi’s most prestigious business districts.
