Project Summary
Geminia Insurance is a 12,500 square-metre corporate office building constructed on Upper Hill, rising eight storeys with one basement level. The building houses Geminia Insurance Company Limited, a fully Kenyan-owned insurer with a history dating back to 1981. The plaza sits in Upper Hill, Nairobi’s dense commercial and diplomatic district, near government offices and multinational headquarters.
CED provided civil and structural engineering services for the project. The result is an eight-storey headquarters building engineered to support decades of continuous corporate insurance operations in one of Nairobi’s most established business districts.
