Riverside Park ICEA is an 18,000 square-metre office development located on Chiromo Road in Nairobi, Kenya. Developed for the ICEA Lion Group, it now serves as home to the ICEA Lion Centre and a mix of corporate offices in Westlands.

CED provided civil and structural engineering services for the project. The result is a large-scale office development built to support ICEA Lion’s headquarters operations and multiple corporate tenants in one of Nairobi’s key business districts.
