Karen Waterfront is a mixed-use development located within the Karen Triangle, defined by Karen, Ngong, and Langata roads, offering commercial and retail space and opened to the public in December 2018. The development is organised around an 8-acre lake encircled by a landscaped boulevard, and includes a 1.2-kilometre walking, cycling, and jogging track.
CED provided civil and structural engineering services for the project. The result is a large-scale mixed-use development engineered to support retail space, suspended floors, and extensive lakeside public realm within one of Nairobi’s fastest-growing suburbs.
