Project Summary

KOFISI Kaskazi is a flagship workspace centre located in the Spring Valley area of Westlands, along General Mathenge Drive, offering 85,000 square feet of premium workspace across 10 floors. The Centre integrates high-end office design with five-star hospitality, featuring private offices, event and meeting spaces, a rooftop terrace, communal kitchens, a gym, a private screening room, and a sustainability-driven restaurant. With the addition of Kaskazi, KOFISI’s footprint in Nairobi now spans nearly 300,000 square feet across seven centres.

CED provided civil and structural engineering services for the project. The result is a 10-floor building engineered to support a hospitality-led workspace with wellness, event, and dining facilities integrated across every level.
