Project Overview

Project Summary

Le’Mac is a 24-storey mixed-use tower off Waiyaki Way in Westlands. Standing 126 metres tall, it is currently Kenya’s tallest residential building. The tower comprises three basement parking levels, ground-floor banking and café amenities, offices from the 1st to 6th floors, and high-end one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments from the 8th to 22nd floors. The double-storey Le’Mac Sky Club on the roof houses a gym, spa, steam and sauna rooms, lounges, a swimming pool, and a rooftop restaurant, while the 24th floor features a 60mm-thick transparent glass skywalk — the first of its kind in East Africa.

CED provided civil and structural engineering services for the project. The result is a 24-storey mixed-use tower engineered to support Kenya’s tallest residential structure, including its cantilevered glass skywalk and rooftop leisure facilities.
