The development forms part of the 31-acre Maisha Developments community within the 400-acre Tilisi master-planned development in Limuru, with a 120-square-metre gym space reserved for residents.
CED provided civil and structural engineering services for the project. The result is a large-scale apartment community engineered to support shared recreational facilities and long-term residential living within one of Nairobi’s fastest-growing satellite towns.
