Project Summary
Peponi House is a British international prep school located in Lower Kabete, a leafy suburb of Nairobi, catering to around 550 children from Reception to Year 8, representing 48 nationalities. The campus underwent a complete rebuild, culminating in an entirely new campus completed at the end of 2020, featuring bright, well-equipped classrooms and world-class specialist facilities supported by advanced IT infrastructure. The multi-year expansion included new school halls, admin and sports facilities, and classrooms, part of an ongoing 15-year masterplan across the wider Peponi Schools group.
CED provided civil and structural engineering services for the project. The result is a fully rebuilt school campus engineered to support modern classrooms, specialist facilities, and sports and admin buildings for one of East Africa’s leading prep schools.
