Sanlam Kenya’s headquarters, the Sh2.7 billion Sanlam Towers, is an 18-storey green office complex along Waiyaki Way, adding 160,000 square feet of Grade-A office space to Westlands. The building offers a gross leasable area of 11,829 square metres. The tower houses Sanlam’s headquarters on about three floors, integrating the company’s various business units under one roof, with the remaining floors leased to other corporate tenants. The development features four basement levels and a rooftop viewing observatory.
CED provided civil and structural engineering services for the project. The result is an 18-storey green office tower engineered to support Grade-A commercial tenancy and sustainable building operations along one of Nairobi’s key business corridors.
