Village Market Green Hills is a 52,400 square-metre mixed-use development, forming the major expansion of the Village Market shopping complex in Gigiri, Nairobi. The extension added 100 shops, 900 parking bays, a hotel, a 14,000-square-foot indoor children’s playground, a trampoline park, laser tag, and a 10-pin bowling alley, along with a 30,000-square-foot gym and the 215-room Trademark Hotel with a 500-person conference centre.
CED provided civil and structural engineering services for the project. The result is a large-scale mixed-use extension engineered to support retail, hospitality, and recreational facilities within one of Nairobi’s most established shopping destinations.
